Engineer II, Facilities

Serves as a specialist individual contributor, operating with limited supervision while exercising independent judgment in daily work activities.

• Plans and designs plant, office and production equipment layouts to ensure efficient operations and maximum utilization of facilities, space, and equipment.
• Performs complex reviews and cost estimations, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, site preparation, and related project costs.
• Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities, systems and equipment to meet operational requirements as well as applicable building, safety and regulatory codes.

• Education Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent: Associates Degree (± 13 years)
• Experience/Background: Minimum 1 year, Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering related work.
